How to Buy

Cars in Stock:

  1. Please contact us to purchase one of our vehicles.
  2. When a deal is made we will place a 48hour courtesy hold for you.
  3. You then have three business days to remit the full payment for the vehicle .
  4. Once the payment is verified, your vehicle will be booked for shipping to your preferred destination.
  5. Once the vehicle has been shipped, we will send you all of the necessary documents such as the Bill of Lading, etc.

Cars from Auction:

  1. Utilize our free auction search engine to search for available vehicles or provide your contact information and the information about the vehicle(s) that you desire to purchase and we can search on your behalf if you are qualified to buy. We will then contact you to understand your needs and provide cost estimates. PLEASE NOTE: The auction search engine is not currently available. We are offering cars direct/via mailer. Please register for the newsletter/auction mailer on the bottom of our website.
  2. Place a deposit in order to be eligible to bid. The required deposit is 100,000 JPY or $1000 USD in countries that cannot send in JPY for vehicles 1,000,000 JPY or less. All vehicles expected to be over that amount a 10% deposit is required.
  3. Once a deposit is placed we will search the auctions daily for vehicles that meet your requirements and email them to you as they come available. If you see one that you like we will discuss the vehicle with you. If it still sounds like the one you want we will then move forward with getting an inspection done  so you can make your buying decision. After all, it is your money we are spending and you have the final say.
  4. Once a vehicle is purchased on your request, the remainder of the balance is required within three working days. We will also provide  additional photos for your vehicle
  5. Once the payment is verified, your vehicle will be booked for shipping to your preferred destination.
  6. Once the vehicle has been shipped, we will send you all of the necessary documents such as the Bill of Lading, etc.

Info about our fees/services

We offer fixed price, all-inclusive fee structures. You won’t find us promising you a low rate then its plus, plus, plus for all additional services. Costs will vary depending on price of vehicle, number of purchases, dealers etc. Contact us for current pricing.

Our services INCLUDE all of these

  • We translate auction sheets in real time  with no charge for you via email, WhatsApp, phone etc.
  • We either personally inspect or pay for a secondary inspection FREE of charge. We don’t charge you to ensure quality! It is your money and we want you to have all the facts available.
  • We bid on cars for you personally and don’t charge you bidding fees *cars purchased on post-auction negotiations are subject to a surcharge from the auction.
  • We don’t charge you for additional photos and provide photos if available and time permits beforehand or after purchase.
  • Arranging and cost of inland transport on the Japan side from the auction/dealer to the port is INCLUDED for most areas/ports. If not, we tell you beforehand!
  • Handling of all the deregistration and preparing export docs and certificates
  • Booking the car for export with the shipping companies/freight forwarders.
  • Japan side taxes/courier fees etc. all included
  • Sending of your documents/owners manuals etc. by DHL or other and provide tracking, included.

Payment:

Currently the preferred payment method is by TT or bank transfer.   Please contact us for our banking details.

Sorry, we do not accept LC’s or Letter of Credit for payment.
